Return & Refund Policy

At Wibbloo, we are committed to offering stylish, comfortable, and high-quality clothing for kids. Each product is carefully checked and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


1. Size Exchange Policy (The "Perfect Fit" Promise)

Did you order a size that doesn't fit? No worries!

  • We offer a one-time size exchange for the same product.
  • If the size you ordered is too small or too big, simply request an exchange within 3 DAYS of delivery.
  • We will replace it with the correct size so your child can enjoy their new outfit perfectly.

2. 3-Day Return & Exchange Window


You can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
(For example: If you received the order on the 1st of the month, please inform us by the 4th.)


3. Damaged or Wrong Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective product or the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photos.
  • We will send you a fresh replacement immediately, free of charge.

4. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unwashed: The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Tags Intact: All brand tags, labels, and original packaging must be preserved.
  • No Odor/Stains: Items with strong perfume, smoke, or body odor will not be accepted.

Note: We highly recommend making an Unboxing Video while opening the parcel. In case of a damaged, defective, or missing product, this video will be required for a quick resolution.


5. How to Initiate a Return & Exchange?

Follow these simple steps to process your request:

  • Step 1: Email us at wibbloo.official@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at
    8448685237 with your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange.
  • Step 2: If the product is defective or damaged, please attach a clear photo or unboxing video.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
  • Step 4: Once approved, we will arrange a Reverse Pickup from your address (subject to pin code availability).If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse via a reliable courier. In this case, we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹100.
